RETURN POLICY

Returning merchandise is always inconvenient, expensive and no fun for any party involved. That is why we are trying to avoid returns by making sure our customers understand what they are ordering right from the beginning.
- We will accept returns of full box unused in its original condition and packaging within a few days of receipt.
- Return processing fee will be charged under certain circumstances. Contact our representative for more details. 
- Please contact us to request a return, please include your order ID in the tile (for example "Return request for Order ID XXXXXXXXXX").
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes(if any). 
- Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide the site with the shipment tracking number.
