I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of them only focus on creating specific and unique items. You can be rest assured that if all of the items from your order do not arrive at once....the others are is on their way!
How do I track my package?
We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through https://www.17track.net/en. Please know that it takes a few days for the tracking information to be updated on their website.
