How to return the package?
If you receive defective items and wrong items, please contact us within a few days after the order is delivered. For items with months warranty, please contact us in time for solutions. We recommend that customers keep the original packaging of the item until it is confirmed that there is no problem with the item. Our customer service may ask you to send pictures or videos to show the product issues and the original packaging for confirmation of the situation. They will help you solve any problems related to the product or order. (Please take a clear picture in a well-lit environment so that we can identify and verify the problem.)
